Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange your product in accordance with the requirements outlined below:

• Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. 
• Return/Exchanges are only accepted from the original shipping Country/Region.
• All items must be in the original condition; unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the original invoice and tags attached.
• Lingerie, swimwear and underwear cannon be returned for sanitary reasons.
• Register your return online or contact customer service.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and the integrity of the product is verified, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow us 21 business days for your refund to post to your account.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Lingerie, swimwear and underwear cannon be exchanged for sanitary reasons. We only offer exchanges on the same product in a different size. Please send us an email if you need to exchange your purchase for the same item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser.

Shipping

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
